Withdrawal rules
- An application of withdrawal is to be given to the school at info@prakriti.org.in.
- If withdrawal is in between the academic session, a notice of three months must be given to the school. In the case of shorter notice, three months' fee must be paid in lieu thereof.
- Withdrawal at the end of the academic session should be informed latest by 15 January, except for Grade XI, where this timeline is 15 March. The three months' notice applies.
- Once all outstanding dues towards your account have been cleared, a cheque for the refundable security deposit, after adjustment if any, will be prepared within three weeks of withdrawal, for your pick-up.
- No school leaving certificate will be issued unless it has been requested in writing by the parents and all dues have been cleared.
- The SLC procedure may take one month from the date of leaving the school.
- The school may schedule a feedback meeting with the school office before issuing an SLC or TC.
Payments, refunds and cancellation
Online payment of school fees is available through card payment and net banking via the BillDesk payment gateway. The online payment link is on the Make Payment page.

Initiated refunds will be credited to the account or card from which the transaction was originally made. Withdrawal, notice and security deposit refunds are governed by the withdrawal rules above.
All fees displayed are subject to modification. Additional charges or taxes, where applicable, will be stated.

To use the services provided at this website, visitors agree to these terms. Please review them before using any present or future service offered by Prakriti School.

Framing technologies may not be used to enclose any trademark or logo without written consent. The use of metatags or hidden text employing Prakriti School's name or trademarks is prohibited without express written consent.
Content you submit. Content you post must be lawful, non-threatening and must not infringe anyone's intellectual property. Impersonation and false contact details are prohibited. The school may, but is not obliged to, remove or edit submitted content, and does not routinely review it.
Intellectual property
All content featured on this site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, data compilations and software, is the property of Prakriti School. Content not owned by the school is used with permission. Graphics, logos, page headers and service names are trademarks or trade dress of Prakriti School.
Governing law
These terms are construed in accordance with the laws of India. All matters and disputes arising out of or in relation to these terms fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to the exclusion of all other courts.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
This site is provided by Prakriti School on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. Your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, the school disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Changes
Prakriti School may change this website, its policies and these terms at any time. If any condition is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining conditions.
