Home / Why an inkblot
What does an inkblot symbolise?
Freedom
To take on a form of one’s own choice.
To grow into the shape you choose for yourself, not one chosen for you.
To be unique.
No two inkblots are alike. No two children are either.
To permeate deeper at the core, while simultaneously expanding.
To grow deeper inside, and wider outside, at the same time.
Without fear of being judged.
To do all of this without being afraid of what others will think.
The name
Why Prakriti?
Prakriti is a K–12 school located in Noida, founded with the conviction that if children learn to understand themselves, are completely aware of their swabhav, discover their prakriti, they will lead their lives to full potential. Children, the pure beings of nature, are in touch with themselves – their inner being, their prakriti.
In simple words, prakriti is a child’s inner being: who they truly are.
