Withdrawal rules
- An application of withdrawal is to be given to the school on info@prakriti.org.in.
- If withdrawal is in between the academic session, a notice of three months must be given to the school. In the case of shorter notice, three months’ fee must be paid in lieu thereof.
- Withdrawal at the end of the academic session, should be informed latest by 15th January, except for Grade XI, where this timeline is 15 March. The three months’ notice applies.
- Once all the outstanding dues towards your account have been cleared, a cheque for the refundable security deposit, after adjustment (if any) will be prepared within three weeks of withdrawal, for your pick-up.
- No school leaving certificate (SLC) will be issued unless it has been requested in writing by the parents and all dues have been cleared.
- SLC procedure may take one month to issue from the date of leaving the school.
- The School may schedule a feedback meeting with the School Office before issuing SLC / TC.
